This is the first post I’ve made from my cellphone. My apologies for disappearing so abruptly. Something has come up without much warning.
I may be back in business tomorrow or it may be a couple more days. Stay tuned!

Hope everything is well. Take your time. Remember how long I was out of the loop.
Take care of yourself.

I remember when I posted weekly but life can be down right rude to our schedules. Hope all is well and if not gets there soon.

Steve, in a way we are all friends here, and I think you can probably count on any of us, the regulars for support. Good luck.

Thanks, guys, including those of you who contacted me directly.
It was my wife who fell and needed to be taken to the local ER to be checked out. They did x-rays, a cat scan, and an MRI to be sure nothing was broken, which thankfully nothing was. They did find something that they suggested a followup appointment for, which I’ll look into before doing, but it took six or seven hours of sitting around and waiting both Monday and Tuesday afternoons before they were done with us. This falls into the category of very Idle Time, if not Hard Work.
With two days now of Things that Needed to Be Done, and weren’t, I can’t give you an exact day or time this blog will be up and running again, but if it’s not this evening, then tomorrow for sure.

Waiting around in a Hospital is very hard work indeed. Just hope you had a few good books with you.

I always have a book with me, but since I was with Judy most of the time, the only chance I had to read was when she was off having a test done, or when she was able to fall asleep.
But I did finish it, a potboiler Peter Chambers PI novel by Henry Kane. I imagine you’ll read my report on it in a day or so.

No, not at all fun. I can testify to that, having recently spent 12 hours in the ER.
Hope it comes out OK in the end.

Judy is doing fine now. Maybe even better than I am. I think by this time tomorrow I will have gotten caught back up again.
