A song on the LP Days of Future Passed, released in 1967. To me this is one of the most perfect albums of all time, an out-and-out classic.

I can’t explain why, but there are moments on this album, many of them in this song, that simply give me chills, they feel so right.

“Nights in White Satin” is moody and atmospheric. It’s one of the best songs the Moody Blues ever recorded.

I’ll go one up on you, George, and say that it’s one of the best songs that anyone ever recorded.
