Back home again and with a new hip. 27 hours between getting to the hospital and leaving just two hours ago. Amazing!

Excellent. Jackie considers going to rehab rather than going home and doing the outside rehab to be a big mistake in hindsight, so glad you’re home.

PT nurses coming this afternoon. I’m glad I’m home, too, but if it had been my knee that was bad, I might have considered a rehab facility. Either one, to be at home you really have to have someone else in the house capable of helping you. My daughter Sarah will be here from Illinois for two weeks. Her husband Mark has to leave Saturday.

PS. As far as dancing is concerned, I’ve always had two left feet. I don’t think this surgery is going to help that, but who knows. I’m willing to try!
