This one is a very unique trailer. AIP released this comedy-horror cult film with a particularly compelling trailer that horrifies with humor. Notice one of the stars of the film is Eugene Levy, who went on to a stellar comedy career. The director is Ivan Reitman, who later went on to do Ghostbusters.

Back in the early 70s, AIP was still very much a maverick –verging on outlaw — studio in the industry, having morphed from cheap-o sci-fi to beach movies, to biker flicks, to a profitable sideline in soft core porn.

And all in good-natured fun, wouldn’t you agree, or why else has AIP’s output been so well remembered, and in fact preserved on DVD and Blu Ray to this very day.
