One down, one to go.
I had the left eye done today, and in two weeks I go back again for the right. All is well.
I thought I’d be able to post something more interesting than a health update like this, but the device they have taped over my eye is so large I can’t get my glasses on. Pfui.

Glad the procedure went well and that you’re on the mend. I’m a couple of years away from cataract surgery but it’s definitely in my Future.

I’ll have to have it done eventually. Good luck.

Take care,Steve.

I know several men and women who have had the procedure, all did well. You too.

Have a speedy recovery, Steve!

Like Barry, I’ve known several people who have had this operation done, and things went swimmingly. Best wishes.

Good to hear. To paraphrase Ben Franklin, and as someone who recently had “minor” surgery himself, someone else’s surgery is “minor” surgery, but it’s good to know it went well.

Best of the luck with your recovery, Steve.
Cheers,
Jeff

Isn’t modern medicine wonderful?

Had it done 2018. Both eyes. Now I’m glasses free. Had worn them since 1st grade. Good luck to you.

Here’s hoping your recouperation is easy and quick. Best to you.

Thanks for the good wishes, everyone. The patch is now off, and I really do look like the “after” photo. I wish. Modern medicine really isn’t that good.

So, from the evidence of the “after” photo, you are now the model for the famous Hathaway shirt ad. Well done!

That man must have been responsible for a lot of shirts sold in his lifetime. It’s a lot to live up to.
